Let visitors ask AI about any page.
Instead of reading through your content to understand your offer, a visitor clicks their favorite AI assistant, and it already knows everything on that page. One little widget, engineered per page, across your whole site.
What it is
A shortcut to your content, in the assistant they already use.
Ask AI is a small card of buttons, one for each of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Meta AI and Grok, placed anywhere you choose on a page. Each one opens that assistant pre-loaded with a research prompt pointing straight at the page. The visitor just picks a flavor and starts chatting about your products, services, or whatever that page is about. Put a second one further down if one spot is not enough.
It is not a chatbot and has no AI backend. There is no model to run, no conversation to store, and nothing to answer. The intelligence is outsourced to the assistant the visitor already trusts. That means it costs nothing per click, so it is included on every plan, free tier included.
How it works
Live on your pages in four steps.
MetaPilot pulls in your sitemap, so it already knows every public page. Connect your site and the channel you connected delivers the widget: no redeploys, no template changes, no scripts to paste. What each channel can reach is on the pricing page.
Sign up and add your site
Create an account and enter your organization name and website URL. MetaPilot reads your sitemap and lists every publicly available page.
Connect your site
Authorize Cloudflare, or install the Shopify or Wix app, in a couple of clicks. That is the channel that serves the widget live on your pages.
Add a widget to a page
Pick the page, then write the caption and the research prompt, or press "Draft with AI" and MetaPilot writes both from what the page actually says. Leave the prompt blank and one is built from the page URL. All five assistants are offered unless you untick some.
Place the widget
A visual picker loads your live page. Click exactly where the widget should sit, set its alignment and width, save, and it is live for every visitor.
Try it right here
This is the widget. Click one.
Below are the same five shortcuts your visitors get, wired to research this page. Pick an assistant and it opens pre-loaded with a prompt about MetaPilot. On your own site the buttons sit in a card whose look you choose, drawn in a shadow root so your CSS and ours cannot reach each other.
Ask AI about the Ask AI feature
Who it's for
Engineered per page, across your whole site.
Products
Instead of scrolling specs, a shopper asks the assistant to compare options, check compatibility, or summarize reviews, grounded in that exact product page.
Services
A prospect on your services page asks about scope, timelines, or whether you're the right fit, and gets an answer built from what that page actually says.
Informational sites
Docs, guides, and knowledge bases become conversational. Readers ask follow-ups in their assistant of choice instead of hunting through the page.
rel="nofollow" so it can never affect your own link profile; any paid
plan removes it. For plans and prices,
see pricing.
After it is live
Your look, and proof it is still there.
Pick the look once
Light, dark, minimal or bold. You choose it for the whole account rather than for each page, because the answer is the same every time and nobody should have to give it twice. The assistant logos keep their own light ground on every preset, so no brand mark disappears on a dark page.
We notice if it falls off
A redesign can break the anchor you picked, and the widget then quietly stops appearing. MetaPilot re-checks the live page on a schedule and alerts you when what should be on it is not.
See who reached it
How many people saw the widget over the last 30 days, how many handed the page to an assistant, and which assistants they chose. Counted anonymously: no cookie, no storage, no identifier, nothing about who. Seen by nobody usually means the page itself is quiet, which is a placement you can change.
Add Ask AI to your pages. It's free to start.
Create an account, connect your site, and place your first widget in an afternoon. No card required, and nothing to run: MetaPilot serves it live on your pages.
