Manage multiple websites under one account
Got more than one site? You don't need a separate MetaPilot account for each. Add every website as an organization under a single login, and switch between them in one click.
Before you start
Each website in MetaPilot is an organization. Your first one was created when you signed up. Adding more doesn't create a new account — they all live under the same login.
-
1
Open the organization menu
In the portal, click your organization name at the top of the left sidebar. Each website you manage is an organization — you already have one from when you signed up. -
2
Click "Register organization"
From that menu, choose Register organization. This adds a new website to the same account — no new login, no separate sign-up. -
3
Name it and add the website URL
Enter an organization name and the website URL. A bare domain is fine — MetaPilot addshttps://for you and tries to find the sitemap automatically. -
4
Let MetaPilot import the new site
The new organization starts on the Free plan and MetaPilot begins discovering pages from its sitemap right away. Connect Cloudflare and pick a plan for this site whenever you're ready — each is set up independently. -
5
Switch between websites anytime
Use the same sidebar menu to jump between your organizations. Everything you see — pages, structured data, robots.txt, monitors, and billing — belongs to the organization you're currently in.
Fully independent. Every organization has its own sitemap, pages, structured data, robots.txt and llms.txt, Cloudflare connection, monitors, and its own plan and billing. Changes in one site never affect another. There's no limit on how many websites you can add.
Add your next website
Sign in, open the organization menu, and register a new one.
